Very dark tones surrounded by expansive soundscapes, accompanied by a powerful storyline bound to captivate anyone who reads it. I'm a big fan of the title track, Okalo and the Outsiders, and Reaching the Lake. I love how the penultimate track and the final track are about Denarioh finding a purpose. I care very much about this album. You'll love it. Favorite track: Journey to the Nectar Lake.

Journey to the Nectar Lake is a dark ambient soundtrack to a dying world. Denarioh traverses across miles of terrain to get to a nectar lake, which nectar is a food source for his species. He sets out on a journey that'll take roughly a week, and it will slowly break him down.

Yes, I still exist. I was dealing with depression badly, and I had little to no motivation to work on anything music-related. So I, in a way, took a break. I'm alright now, at least. I was able to finish something.

Anyway, this album is a story. Each track has a companion piece that gives you a piece of the story of each song. This story, while somewhat vague, is quite straightforward, but it gives you enough space to imagine the story and the world for yourself. I plan to one day add some bonus items to this, so look out for that.
